I've found an Eclair ACL 1.5 for sale from a very reputable vendor with the following description:

 

late FRENCH ACL 1 body,

orientable Kinoptic finder,

LATE VERSION, FRENCH ACL-2 motor

2-400' ACL-2 mags

SHARP 10-150mm zoom lens,

a case, handgrip, power cable, battery, charger.

 

It has been extensively serviced and maintained, so I am not concerned with getting a lemon, and I know the vendor is trustworthy.

 

What is a fair amount to pay for this package?
