Hello, I think I know the answer to this, in the top right of the video is a condensator buried below a printplate. This is probably broken. In this discussion: https://www.filmvorfuehrer.de/topic/22741-diy-nizo-reparatur/page/7/#comments (It is in German), someone is discussing the same problem you have, and fixed it by replacing the condensator.
