I own a Bolex H16, and was looking to add a K3 to the collection. Anyone bought of Ebay from these Russians, and remember the shipping times? I kinda would like to get one pretty past. I can't be waiting 28 days for shipping. Just looking for some input on these Russian selllers.

I have been trying to order Fuji from Media Distributors all week. They don't seem to like "small orders". They would not return a price quote on on order of 2-100' rolls. So I called and was not treaded well after I mentioned I only wanted 2 rolls. I just hung up on them. I would not do business with them again.

James, You do understand that every 2:30 of 16mm film you shoot is going to cost you roughly $150 don't you? Super 8 is not much cheaper

It's easy. Just buy a Arrflex S, a Bolex H16 or a K3. But some film and a meter and just practice. You don't need any film school. Takes about 30 seconds to load and 5 seconds to unload those cameras.

Same thing happened to me. I sold a mobile Pioneer DVD player for $1,200. Buyer paid with Paypal and Paypal gave him his maoney back cause the did a chargeback on his CC. So he got his $1,200 back AND my mobile DVD player. I just got ripped off again last month for $25. Bought some small item. I paid, they never shipped. I'm doing the dispute thing with Paypal, but don't expect to get anything back. Scammers LOVE Paypal. Paypal sucks. I won't buy anything over $25 or so with Paypal.

Maybe I am doing it wrong, but I have been shooting mine in the T position. I have shot one roll that looked fine. My second roll should be in the mail any day now. The owners manual does not really say what the "I" is for other than "Instantaneous". Whatever that means. It says the T means "Time Exposures" for poor lighting conditions such as indoors.
