Could the HVX200 be used to shoot an Indie feature?

Just wondering if this camera would have the ability, or if it's really only good enough for television/DVD. The film November was shot on the DVX-100 so the HVX-200 should do just fine. Isn't the SD mode somewhat close to digibeta also? -
