  1. If anyone is interested in this awesome package - I am considering all offers. Tony
  2. Thanks Gus, It's been a substantial part of me over the years so it's hard to put it on the market. I'm shooting so much HD now, and I could use a little financial padding in these tough times. Spread the good word - I'm willing to deal. All the best - Tony
  3. Sweet camera package. Asking $ 18,500 Aaton XTR Super 16mm camera package that includes 2 DX mags, PL Mount, Canon 7-63mm T2.6, Zeiss Vario-Sonnar 1.8/10-100mm T2 with macro and fluid zoom, Aaton-code, B&W videotap, 4x4 mattebox, follow focus, speed control, cables, cases and other accessories. .pdf of package with photos and details at www.stewartfilms.com (link at bottom) The camera is in excellent condition. It has been meticulously maintained and has been used as recently as December 08. History: Purchased from Visual Products in 1999. Abel Cinetech NYC has maintained since, and overhauled in January 07. Techs always comment on how clean and quiet the camera is. Abel Cinetech NYC installed a B&W top-handle tap, machine tapped the rod adaptor to accept screw in rods, installed Aaton-code, added an additional 9-pin lemo accessory port, and more recently converted the mount to a PL mount. I purchased the Canon 7-63mm T2.5 from a local DP four years ago. This has been my workhorse lens. The Zeiss 10-100mm 1.8/10-100mm T2 with macro and fluid zoom, was included in the original package. This is a standard 16mm lens, but I shoot S16mm at focal lengths 25mm and longer. It is extremely sharp and fast (I believe sharper than the Canon 7-63). I never converted the lens to S16 because I like the T2, used it for the long end, and I did shoot a bunch of standard 16mm All 3 batteries (2-12v, 1-16v) were re-celled April 2008. All pieces in 3 cases: CASE #1 - A&J Custom Camera Case / Dimensions: 20.5” x 16.5” x 9.25” / Weight: 40 lbs / Aaton XTR Camera Body (SS 1574C) / Super 16mm / PL Lens Mount / 3 to 60 fps / Additional 6-pin Lemo Power Port (installed by Abel Cinetech) / Aatoncode (installed by Abel Cinetech) / B&W Top Handle Videotap (installed by Abel Cinetech) / 1.66 Full -TV-Safe Fiberscreen Ground Glass / Magazines: (2) DX 400 foot magnetic drive magazines (SS 4401 / 4402) / Accessories: Media Logic 5 speed control / Cables: Aaton-code cable, 9 pin amphenol to videotap power, 9 pin amphenol (with in-line 9 pin amphenol) to videptap power, XLR/BNC to videotap power for offboard battery, Speed control cable to 9 pin amphenol, 2 pin lemo handgrip cable. 4. Thanks guys. Although not a fish-eye, we're going with the Zeiss 14mm T2.1 lens. Works with Pro35 so our look is consistent, and it'll do the trick for our shot. Tony Stewart NJ DP
  5. Hi Tim, I ran across your post reply from a couple of years ago when doing a search for fisheyes and the Pro35 adaptor. The rental house says that the Nikkor 8mm vignettes with the Pro35 adaptor and 2/3" target. Have you used the 8mm, Pro35 adaptor, and 2/3" pickup? I've used 35 primes as wide as 12mm with Pro35 shooting HD quite often, but never a fisheye. Tony Stewart NJ DP
