Hi guys, I´ve got to sell motor for Eclair NPR, it´s quarz sync at 24/25 fps or "wild" at 8-40 fps. It could be also ext. pulse sync via Nagra etc... I´ve got also tripod from famous brand "Sachtler and Wolf Manheim", 150mm half bowl, with wooden legs. Both items are in good condition, fully working. I´m selling it because now (in crysis time) I can´t own 2 motors for my Eclair. I´m located in central Europe. I can send items anywhere in the world, but because of weight (about 20 lbs), shipping could be enormous! PHOTOS Asking: €500 / $650 for both items

That was true, but a few years ago. Nowdays because of huge sucess of digital cameras (like RED) are prices much lower - I´ve seen on Ebay about 4 cameras around ?1000 - but they were whole packages, with 2 motors, 5 lenses, 5 magazines, in Pelli cases, sometimes also with video assist .... so my offer isn´s sci-fi nowdays.

Viewfinder will be the biggest problem... ve got one technician at my Film University, so he could done overhaul and re-glueing. Changing power connector and re-assebling of trigger, can I do by myself... but viewfinder :angry: ... I write to Cinematechnic.com and they answer they can change it to completely functional IIc, but it would costs about 4-5k $ :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: hahahaaaa I can buy TWO new from ebay. I would probably use it as a mounted camera- without necessarity of throug-the-lens view.

Hi guys, I´ve recently bought Bolex EL and I want to use in-camera filters via filter genuine filter holder, but I´ve discovered, I can´t find them on ebay. Maybe I´m just stupid :rolleyes: In manual stayes something like "gelatine round filter from 38mm to 40mm in diamater" What kind of gelatine filter do you use? Is it the same as for PAR lights (theatre one)? Can I buy good glass? ´cause it´ll change focus distance and also negative influences sharpness.... I hope you´ll help me ;) Thanks.

Hi Dave, they´ve got e-shop on their sites in Czech language. For my country - Slovakia - they got authorized distributeur, so I communicate just with him. Probably you can ask direct FOMA, if there is in Austria distribution. And if not, I think you can deal directly with them. Vienna isn´t so distanced, so it won´t be problem, I think. They´ve got developing machine, but they don´t have telecine. And they also offer complete set of chemicals for developing R100 emulsion. So if someone want to roll film in russian tank for hours... :rolleyes: Bye

Hi Dave, I´m in the same situation as you. However my Eclair NPR sits at home ready for new shot, I bought Bolex EL as a "handheld camera" ;) I want to shoot run-and-gun shorts and some kind of impressions with it. And I also have exposed Fomapan DS8 in fridge from last winter...i should give it developped and advice for you : fomapan are being developped in factory, where it is produced - in Hradec Kralove, in Czech Republic. Your local distributor (from which you bought raw stock) have to manage these development. Or you can ask straight foma, and send it them via standart post parcel. Inside Europe it´s safe I think. Or you can use wittner-kinotechnik.de, but they´re expensive.

Hi guys, now I can say, I´m lucky man :D Friend of mine yesterday told me: "Wait, now I remember, I´ve got one camera in vault. Let´s take a look" My friends father take camera from one hospital to their vault about 20 years ago. And they don´t really know, what it is. So I as a "professional" among ordinary people (:rolleyes:) got it for free! :P I have to say, I´ve got only 8mm and 16mm cameras (Eclair NPR, Bolex el) till now. Camera was in great shape- fully working,without fungus, without lens, with one 200ft magazine and some old film inside. And I discover, it´s some pre-Arritechno version of Arri 2 convert for medical purposes from factory. Serial number 8285 on camera. Arri standart mount. No viewfinder and shutter disc is not reflex. I´ll attach photos in next few hours.

Hi, I´m selling DOF adapter for DV cameras made from net guide. Ground glass is genuine Canon Ee-S (original for eos5) with strong out of focus blur. (light loss about 2 - 2.5 f stops) Ground glass holder is CNC-machined alloy. Tubes and lens support are from ebay. And support rods are professional grade quality. Connection: Canon EOS bayonet. 55mm filter threat to camera, include 55mm > 37mm and 37mm > 30mm adapter All were precission set up by qualified technician, Canon EOS flange focal distance is set without any tolerance. Hi, I´m asking this because, on the back element of the Zeiss is writen "Only for Arriflex 16SR". I know it was made in the age of Arriflex 16 S/B and there was some major modification (also in shutter) in the later SRs, but I´d like to know if someone uses this lens with NPR ? Will it work, or back element hits shutter? Thanks.
