True. But doesn't this meter also require calibration periodically? And if you agree, where do you have yours maintained (East Coast?). BC

I'm looking for a lightweight hotpod-equipped tripod and head that are "good enough" for run and gun. My Sachtler 18 is way overkill and slows me down. Any recommendations are most appreciated. I borrowed a hotpod tripod on location and really liked it for being able to change the eyeline on interviews unobtrusively and quickly. Thanks! -- BC
