  1. Hello! Im currently in the pre-production phase for my super 8 short and I really need your opinions about Pro 8mm film and processing. Any pros & cons? Are they reliable? Anywhere I could see some footage (besides the demo footage on their homepage and YouTube)? I will be filming with the Beaulieu 4008 ZM II. Wonderful camera! ;) Still deciding weather to use negativ or positive film stock. Thanks in advance. /Tony
  2. I have absolutely no idea about how lenses work (vinjetting e.t.c) so my main question is: will they work with the Beaulieu 4008-series? More specified: the Beaulieu 4008 ZM II? Thanks in advance! /Tony
  3. I think http://www.weincell.com/ have what you're looking for.
  4. Thank you for all the informative replys! I'm fully aware of that I could shoot the short in 16mm and get better results, but I want to experiment and go though super-8. Are there any examples of how it could look, using negative film? Thanks once again!
  5. Hello from Sweden! I'm intrested to blow up super-8 to a 16mm print for a coming production, using Andecs services. Are there any examples of how the result might look with reversal or negative film? Best Regards
  6. Hello everybody! I'm quite new to this forum and was wondering if there's any useful links related to setting up lights, techniques, and what different types of lights do? Thanks in advance.
  7. Done! I got a mail with all my questions answered by the Autodesk Support team. Thank's once again for the quick replys and knowledge! Tony Terziev
  8. Thank you so much for the fast reply Chris! So if I understand this right, you need your footage to be HD/2k/4k-resolution to make it work with Lustre? Or does it handle even smaller resolution files as long as they stay uncompressed? Could i import an uncompressed mov. file and grade it? :S I checked Creative Cows homepage but didn't find anything. Ill Google it or look in other forums. Thanks for the help! Tony Terziev
  9. Hello everybody! Im a new member here at Cinematography.com and I have some questions about Autodesks color-grading workstation Lustre. 1. What formats does Lustre work with (dpx. and cin. files)? 2. Is it possible to grade 16mm work with Lustre or is it "35mm only"? 3. Where can I find more information about Lustre besides Autodesks homepage? Thanks in advance! Tony Terziev
