  1. Looks good Spenser. Can I ask what you were shooting on and what photoshopping you did. Also I saw you are in Orlando. Do you go to Full Sail by chance
  2. Very attractive visually. I did think it was a little cheesy but really liked all the lighting choices. Especially the cool blues
  3. Hey everyone, I'm shooting a 16mm film and would like to hear some opinions on some things. We have access to Kodak film and was wondering if anyone had suggestions that would be fun to play around with to fit the style of our film. The basic premise is two agents who apprehend a liberal college professor who is the head of a "students for change" group. In a brutal and unorthodox interrogation the professor pays for his actions against the government. It is a short film and only consist of two more scenes other than these. The film starts out at a run down gas station / night / raining/ where the professor is captured. We then move to a concrete room where he's being interrogated. These are the only two scenes I'd like some suggestions on. Anything from film stocks that could be fun to play around with to info about the SRIII or the 416. We are choosing between these two cameras. Anything is appreciated
  4. Yea I'm not looking to get an SLR, if anything I'd want something more bulky than not so it's heavier. And I didn't look to much at the canon but I know the nikon d90 records HD as well, as long as you don't move the camera. They didn't advertise that.
  5. Hey everyone, I'm a student looking to invest in a decent camera with a Letus adapter. I'm not going all out on an EX-3 or anything because I think i'll be better off spending a lot less and spending my money on a letus adapter. So my question is suggestions for cameras. If anybody seen a camera that has worked/looked really well with the adapters please let me know. Any help is appreciated.
  6. I'm shooting a 16mm film and we have an interrogation scene where we re doing a 360 dolly shot. There are two agents and a man that gets questioned and hit. The dolly will be circling the agents and the victim the entire scene. I'm looking for films to watch that will help me recreate this scene. If anybody has any suggestions please let me know. Thank you.
  7. Hello I'm shooting a sunset scene in a soundstage. It want the room to look musky and old. Lots of wood and a light layer of dust. The room should have a very warm orange glow look and with the dust I'll get some rays of light. My question is some suggestions on how to accomplish this. Lighting wise and if anyone has better suggestions than a hazer for the dust let me know. All the advise is appreciated. Thanks Luke
