Hey Kevin, I'm assuming that you've gotten your 17.5 up and running again at this point. I just picked one up and I was wondering if you ever had trouble getting the lens hood off and if you had any recommendations. I think the guy who serviced mine prior to me owning it may have bonded the hoods to the aperture ring when he repainted the inside. Thanks for your time and any advice,
