Hi All, I was just wondering if i could get some opinions/feedback from all of you on this £0 budget music video I shot in my bedroom for a friends music video. I lit the whole thing with my 2 lamps I have on my desk, and shot it with my Canon 550D so i feel like some stuff went really well, and other stuff looks flat, but the good stuff looks REALLY good. Hi There, I have an upcoming music video for a small folky type artist, and the directors idea for which involves back projecting DSLR footage, and using shadow puppetry in a fairly experimental fashion. When using DSLRs in the past I have found then when you shoot an image from a projector you get something similar to the jello effect in the image, and I was wondering if it is possible to avoid this? Can it be fixed by changing shutter speeds and iso's? or does it depend on the type of projector you use? Or would I have to use a different camera? Any solutions on this would be hugely appreciated! Thanks!

Hi There! I was recently doing some research into what stocks to use for an upcoming project and i had trouble finding a place where a whole bunch of stock tests were easily accessible and all in one place. - i dont know if there is such a site, but regardless, ive started a group on Vimeo about stock tests, for any kinds of film, 8mm 16mm 35mm etc. so im inviting you all to add any film tests you have up on the internet to the group ive created, in the hope that we can create something useful for people when theyre thinking about what stocks to shoot on. http://vimeo.com/groups/stocktests Thanks in advance for any help/ additions!

I put together this test on 16mm Fuji Reala 500D and Eterna 250D Its an interesting side by side comaprison, sorry the resoloution inst so great, i think vimeo have removed HD from thier free accounts? im not too sure. anyhoo, Enjoy!
