Hi, I am color correcting a music video for a friend. They have been editing in Final Cut and are using proxy files. I have a ton of plugins for final cut that I use for color correction so I don't work through color. Is there a way to color correct within Final Cut but not work within the proxy or would it be smart to color correct the high res proxy file? Thanks

Hey Robert, I am wondering, if you are color grading r3d and you want to use this program will it move the information into red cine x?

I agree with Nicolas, I use Magic Bullet suite and I find I can get a pretty good look. I use Colorista for almost everything and when I need a stylized look I use Colorista with Mojo but it can get too contrasty. Check it out!
