KinoFlo Celeb 200 with a double V-lock adapter (Hawk Woods XE-70) and cable to join the two together should do the trick - with two batteries of course! If space is really tight ARRI LoCaster, with a V-lock to XLR adapter will also do the job.

Are there many fittings (fixtures)? Fitting Kino tubes (if the fitting allows) may be possible but I would normally recommend something like Osram's Lumilux Deluxe tubes (T8) which have a high CRI and are available in Tungsten (930) and Daylight (950). T8 should fit the T12 fittings as well as the T8s as the pin config. is the same on both.
