  1. Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has experience in filming projected S8 material on 16mm? It is an nightscene. We probably start on the S8 projector and go into an over-shoulder. We will shoot on 500 ASA and the S8 projector has a 200w bulb...Do you have experience if the 200w bulb is strong enough ? We shoot on the ARRI MasterPrimes so I have a T1.3 on the 16mm... Thanks so far Jay

  3. Hi Nick, with the reading on your camera the others are probably right. You could think about buying a "better" S8 camera like a Beaulieu or similar. With a manual ASA reading... They are not that expensive on ebay. Oh by the way an one more tip: be carefull with the 200t and 500t they are negative stock and very sensitive to scratches and dirt... Jay
  4. Hi everyone, does anyone know how to best shoot fire and an explosion of a gastruck at bright daylight? So you can see as much detail as possible? It will be shoot on negative 35mm in south Spain so there will be a lot of light. Any idea? Suggestion? Thank's a lot Jay
