  1. I think 10K tungsten or 9k HMI with 1000hz ballast sould be more than enough for interior.
  2. 220fps? Why? Its all about your ballast. There are very popular ballasts with 300hz an 1000hz, and with 1000hz , anything under 500fps should be fine. But did you consider using some powerful tungsten (over 5K) ? Later edit: (kind of joke) 3 hmi through a diffusion, each one on different phase.
  3. There is no way to get that hard shadows with any kind of diffusion. But as the others sad, there is a fill light, probably through a diffusion.
  4. There were used much more than a three light kit (there were dedos, HMIs, Kinos, tungsten) but it looks brilliant indeed.
  5. im sorry im a little bit offtopic, but David Landau said something about kino diva vs flolight. Cant you just use kino tubes in a flolight fixture? I never tried, but why not?
  6. I hope im not offtopic, but what kind of source is this one? looks like tungsten balanced but its used as daylight (probably with gels)
  7. I assume it's something similar here, isn't? http://www.davidmullenasc.com/styled-5/files/web-ust13.jpg
  8. Thanks a lot for answers! Where was placed that kino? Did you use any diffusion or its just the softness of kinos?
  9. Hi! Im was wondering how to achieve this look? Ok, HMI with full cto outside, but what about fill? In the second frame i think there is a daylight balanced (or somewhere near) source over the window but what about the other sources? Thanks!
