I have a meter and a (new) CdS-cell, there is no further electronics in the meter circuit, so it should work. The motor is same as in a 4008, so you might be lucky to get an old one for a spare part crop. Over all, the R16 is simple, and you can get a service manual on www.filmvorführer.de. Björn Andersson in Sweden still repairs Beaulieu movie cameras and has spare parts in stock. Regards, Thomas
