It's a test for the camera so I'm playing with a few C-mount lenses, a Kern-Paillard 25mm and Pan Cinor Compact 17-85 aswell as an M42 Soligor 28mm

Hey all, going to be shooting some mini projects soon with a Bolex H16 and would like to use M42 lenses with an M42x1 adapter, but cautious on the flange distance etc so just wondering if anyone had any tips on whether this will affect focusing on the camera at all? Thanks!

I'm attempting to remove the viewfinder eyecup from my early model reflex H16 myself but it seems very stiff and doesn't seem to budge at all even with tongs, are they known to be quite stiff? -

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone had any knowledge on using M42 lenses on a Beaulieu R16? Specifically using a M42x1 adapter for the Meteor-5-1 17-69 mm from the Krasnogorsk 3, as some C Mount zoom lenses can be pricey and the Meteor zoom lens is already at my disposal and also very sharp. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers! Josh

Hi all, Just wondering if anyone can help with getting an on board battery for an Arri SR2? I've heard that a 12v Matika battery is a solid option but I can't seem to find a battery plate to fit onto the battery? Any help would be really appreciated!

Hi all, I am hoping to be shooting a short on an Eclair NPR which has not been converted to Super 16, and remains the standard 16mm format and I'm hoping to buy an Arri PL lens to C-Mount adapter in order to use Zeiss Super Speed Super 16 lenses. Would the fact these lenses are designed for Super 16 distort the image in any way? Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi all, I plan on shooting on the Super 16 format this summer and would like some tips on using ND filters with film, as in how best to read light with a light metre in consideration of the ND filters. I will be using a variable 2 - 400 ND filter accompanied with an Eclair ACL II (Hopefully) with Canon FD lenses and using Kodak Vision3 50d film stock.
