In my experience as loader I always use air for the magazine. I usually put the can on a solid surface like a table and moving the magazine while spraying in this way the air will flow without any traces of liquid. Usually if the mag is clean you don't get so much hair in the gate and when it happen i always use a blower and a brush. You can buy can-air on Amazon but more often I ask the production for a consumable list of things (if you shoot a lot of film you need a lot of air)

Hello to everyone I'm new to the forum and I hope my Thread will not violate any rule. I'm a beginner colorist and I'm looking for any opportunity to exercise myself in a proficient way, I had already done some CG works mainly on my own footage and for some music videos or indie shorts. What I ask you is: If anyone has any material that needs cG or CC I would be happy to do so. Whether it is a real project that some random footage. I will do it for free or for cheap (It depends on the nature and the amount of work of the project).
