Hello there ! I am wondering about the scan part of the production for upcoming tests on an eclair gv16. Am i suppose to ask to the lab to make the Scan or TC at regular 25fps recommendation or am i missing something ? I understand that it is good to match the frame rate to the scan/TC 'rate' for 25 fps and under, but for the rest, i don't have an idea. thanks in advance Jordan

I need to film some items falling and want to slow it down so it takes 15-30sec to travel from top to bottom of frame at a play back speed of 23.976fps. Any recommendations of what frame rates I should film in and what what high speed camera I should rent?

I have been researching and speaking with Engineers for days about how to build a lighting rig that does not band 96 or 120 frames per second. The GH4, for example, is a camera that requires more light than usual, so I have to have at least 500W power to provide efficient light. Where are these powerful high CRI halogens? I am searching for the bulb specifically. I can build a ballast with a capacitor to offset the peaks in order to avoid banding.
