If you have, or know of anyone who has one please reply or PM me and we can talk... The Tobin TXM-27 had a multiplicity of speeds including the NTSC compatible ones of 23.976 and 29.970. Unfortunately it is discontinued but some of our dealers such as Visual Products may still have one around. The dealer list is here: http://www.tobincinemasystems.com/page12.html Older units including the TXM-9 also had these speeds but they do not hold phase as tightly and so are not recommended for critical use. For any of these you need the Universal motor type EMP or BLE. The old governor/reversing motor and AC synchronous motors are not compatible with any crystal unit.
