So what has happened to this camera? Its gone compleatly silent, haven't lots of people put deposits down, will they ever see the camera?

Wouldn't surprise me if it was the same story as the Scarlet; still in development still being worked on. I think the problem is that a lot of the costs of the internal components is still too high to make a profit off of at their price points, so, I would assume they're waiting as those costs (inevitably) come down. Just my take on the whole status of development of these "aimed towards the massive indie" D-Cinema Cameras.
