Guest TJ Williams
Fun Thread.... like in the old days "which film brand, emulsion etc....... The fun part of this happens when you look at films like jumper, Slum dog millionaire, etc. with digital and film production combined....... So which scenes are which?????? Pictures are just not about what paint, or what brand of lighting or what camera.... you have, it's more about the painter.... Just MHO Edited January 17, 2010 by TJ Williams
Tom Lowe
IMO, the best digital feature still remains "Sith." I guess it was 4:4:4 F950. Freekin' gorgeous colors at 1080p!
K Borowski
Never saw it. First two were so attrociously bad, George finally wore out his welcome with me. I'm still a big fan of "Collateral," which, digital artifacts aside, did what film couldn't do save with a huge push and cannon-ball-sized grain.
