If he isn't checking the forum often its because he's swamped with camera upgrades. You can email him at bernie@super16inc.com and he'll probably give some free advice. HOWEVER, if you don't mind spending a little money he does an upgrade called "laserbrighten" which not only cleans the ground glass but makes it massively brighter and easier to use.
