bj Posted November 2, 2023 Posted November 2, 2023 (edited) Hi, Im looking for a camera that lets me use my super16 lenses and still shoot 4K. The only options I have found are Red Helium 8K in crop mode and Blackmagic Ursa 12K in super16 mode. However the Panasonic GH6 in pixel-to-pixel mode should come close to super16. The sensor of the GH6 is 17.3mm wide. If the pixel-to-pixel mode in 4k crops in x1.4 the resulting frame should be 17.3mm / 1.4= 12.36mm. A super16 frame is 12.52mm so that quite close. Is this correct? Seems like an affordable digital super16 camera after all ? cheers /Björn Edited November 2, 2023 by bj
