Any great Bibles? It's not exactly a coffeetable book, but the American Cinematographers' Manual is THE bible. New York : Communications Arts Books, 1977. 3d rev. and enl. ed. I think Souto is/was Argentinian. also: Motion picture camera and lighting equipment : choice and technique / David W. Samuelson.
