Premium Member Tim Carroll Posted June 24, 2007 Premium Member Share Posted June 24, 2007 That would technically work on your Arriflex 16SRII but I would not recommend it. That is a second generation (the Zeiss non-interchangeable one being the first generation) Arriflex 16S eyepiece. It has an eyecup that is no longer available, and has the little lock levers for when you adjust the diopter focus. It does not have the internal iris that closes when you take your eye away from the eyepiece, so you can get light leaks. Those old eyepieces had a little door that opened and closed to keep the light out, and that door is missing on the eyepiece on eBay and those doors are no longer available. Again, technically it would work, but it would certainly not be my choice for an Arriflex 16SRII. -Tim Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
