nathan snyder
A friend of mine sent me this link to an ebay auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...ADME:B:EF:US:11 Two of the photos are from my website. Does anyone think this might be fraud? And if so should I report it to ebay? I don't want to buy it, I just don't want anyone to get burnt. Justin Lovell
Hey Miles, thanks for the link. Well, I have no more good information. He has another name "MR.ANTHONY from RPM FILMS". I have filed two claims with paypal, but he has no money in his account that I bought it from so, I have only gotten back .90$ of the $1700 USD he has taken from me. I was purchasing an ECLAIR NPR camera package and a 15-150 angineux lens. He told me that he was angry and if I cancelled my paypal claim, he would ship me my camera. I spoke with paypal and they heavily advised against that. If I remove the claim, there is NO WAY to re-file a claim. -with paypal, you can file a 'dispute' where you first try and resolve the problem with the seller, or you can escalate it to a 'claim' where paypal steps in and resolves the problem for you.
