Premium Member Phil Rhodes Posted September 17, 2004 Premium Member Share Posted September 17, 2004 Hi, The 570 has a CCU connector, providing component output. Other than that, it's almost exactly the same camera. If you're not in a multi-camera studio situation, it's a moot point. Phil

Premium Member Laurent Andrieux Posted October 1, 2004 Premium Member Share Posted October 1, 2004 I just received 3 sony DSR 500 WSP (second hand) they have a CCZ pin connection at the bottom, looks like an additionnal accessorie screwed on it (with dv out ieee as well), so you can work multicam with 500 ! Anyway, I'm looking for checking the drums runnig hours and diagnostics, it looks like these items were showed from the engeneer menu, does anyone know how to get the full feature for this menu? A hardware switch maybe, like sony beta sp and sx, and digital beta ? wich one on the dsr 500 ? anybody knows ? thanks !
