Also, you can upload your videos to a myriad of other sites, such as my favorite, Blip.tv (which allows you to link directly to the file you've uploaded, which is normally a nice h.264 mov) as well as giving you a feed, of Vimeo which allows an "HD" version of flash to be created and streamed.
