Only thing I'd say is maybe put a link on there to download your show-reel along with the streaming if they want a higher quality version. See if you can get your CV as a .pdf instead of a .doc (incase people havn't got a program to open a .doc; pdf has the free adobe reader). The"contact" page is a bit redundant as you have your contact on the first page you hit to anyway; but that's not really a bad thing. If you have the ability to you it might be nice to do the "contact" page as a webform that e mails you automatically with boxes etc. That's pretty easy to do in dreamweaver; and you can google for instructions if you get lost.
