Was your lens mount recentered? If not, the Meteor zoom will only cover the full S16 frame above 24mm or so. If it was recentered then it should cover a little lower than that. Your viewfinder was probably not enlarged so you won't be able to tell until you see the film. Any m42 mount lens meant for a 35mm still camera will cover the whole S16 frame.
