Korhan20
Hey guys, I got my camera today and I have one main question. Is there a way to tell if my camera is a US model and covered under Panasonic's warranty? I have the greenish card that says send to USA or Puerto Rico, but the Panasonic guy i spoke with said that even though I have that, it doesn't mean I didn't get an imported model / greymarket model. Is there somewhere I can check online or call someone to check the serial number to see if it is in fact a US model. Thank you Edited November 23, 2004 by Korhan20
Premium Member Brad Grimmett Posted November 24, 2004 Premium Member Share Posted November 24, 2004 Call Panasonic and ask them. That's what I'd do.
Tim Tyler
AFAIK, if it came with the Magic Bullet CDROM, you bought it from a authorized reseller.
Jan Crittenden
AFAIK, if it came with the Magic Bullet CDROM, you bought it from a authorized reseller. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Absolutely right Tim, no MB, it is likely Gray Market, thus no US warranty. But sometimes mistakes happen, the MB is put in there on this side of the water,so if you want to send me a Private Message with your serial number I can tell you for sure, and then if it is a US model and you didn't get MB, I will send that to you.
