any recommendations for field monitor switchable 4 X 3, 16 X 9 ?

I'd like to pick up an SD field production monitor, switchable 4 X 3, 16 X 9. The ability

to be battery powered would be nice but not essential. I'm open to anything from a 7" or

so screen to around 15" .

 

My main goal here is to have a bit of a workhorse for something than I can cover and

study more clearly than a camera LCD screen in bright sunlight or when on a jib and

not able to use EVF. My goals are checking focus, other details that are hard to see

outdoors on LCD, the switchability and economy. Blue gun, calibrating features would be

nice but for a lot of the time, this will be for run and gun stuff like for example yesterday

where I was outdoors and would have liked a monitor that I could have covered and

looked into the shadow areas of the frame.
