Rafael Rivera
We just started production on "Hold You Close" a new video for Los Hot Boxers' debut album "Americano". We're going for a retro-modern look and are mixing Super8 from a Beaulieu 4008 with 720pN from an HVX200. You can see some production stills and info about the project at this link: donfito.com/christian/HoldYouClose.html

Daniel Porto
The last one seems a bit dark a plain in the left hand side of frame and it just feels a little bit too dark and empty for me.
Rafael Rivera
Hello, made some changes in the website and links got broken, so here's an update and a few more frame grabs. These are png's from raw video. At the end of production we had close to 200GB of video. We shot 24fps and 60fps for slomo. The Super8 footage is not yet back from the lab. Rafael Rivera
Finished this poject. Here's a link with a little insight into the production and the vid: http://donfito.com/HoldYouClose.html It's also been posted in YouTube: It was a really fun project. I particularly enjoyed shooting at Lombard St where a driver actually yelled "Hey, are you shooting Super8? That's so cool!"
