Fredrik Sundbye
Hi everybody, This is one of the exercises we do at my school. We had two days to shot it over. One day for plates and a day on greenscreen. I shot it on 35mm, vision 2 5218 (200T), and had 3 rolls of film. Any feedback is welcomed. http://vimeo.com/6755884

Fredrik Sundbye
Nicely done. Who did the VFX.. other students at your school? It was done outside school. A small firm in Oslo, called Eyedrops. We got 20 h or so of work for a lot less then they should have got. The director wanted a handheld feel, so for lack of knowledge we hand-held the camera (greenscreen), so a lot of time went in to stabilizing the two flies. This is the first time I have done something like this.
David Rakoczy
The music was well done as well... done outside the school? btw... what is the commercial for?
Fredrik Sundbye
The director and the sound engineer made the music from scratch. It´s a commercial for a Norwegian newspaper.
Guest
I agree with David, very slick and well done, top quality work. David is the King of commercials in Florida so I expect he'll be coming to you with a job offer, and a six figure signing bonus, right David? R,

Fredrik Sundbye
Thank you David and Richard. David, the web page for Øyedrops/Eyedrops is www.oyedrops.no. There is not much on their page, just some contact info. If you are looking for a post house in Oslo I can give you more names.
Tom Jensen
The sound was all garbled, I couldn't understand a word. It just goes to show that even if you don't speak the language, the visuals told the story. It was simple, funny and captured the audience interest. Very nicely done.
