Director's Reel- needing feedback

Hello I am trying to launch myself as a full time director, I am looking for feedback on my reel. I am hoping to get regional commercial gigs and I would like to make more features....

Jamey, honestly I don't think a Montage is going to work as well for a director's reel -v- showing some selected scenes and sequences highlighting your ability. Watching your reel at the moment makes me look at it more as a DoP reel or an Editing reel than a director. You really need to present finished pieces with all the production sound, acting, cinematography, and some editing all at once to really sell yourself as a director. my 2 cents.

I agree with Adrian. You might want to shoot a few spec commercials and use those as a real. To direct commercials, you have to have commercials on your reel.
