LiamA
Hi all, Do any of you know of a processing lab in the US that will process and telecine super 8 vision2 200t film? I was told by another user that Vision2 film does not come back ready for projection, so I need to find somewhere that will telecine my film. Many thanks. Bo Price
Spectra Film and Video in Los Angeles can process and telecine. They are very good. I've heard Yale Film and Video in L.A. also does good telecine, but I haven't worked with them. (I think they only develop reversal film, though.) The only downside with Spectra is they are usually very busy, so the wait can sometimes be long. And transferring Super-8 is very expensive, but that's going to be the case everywhere. Check out their website: www.spectrafilmandvideo.com Good luck! Bo
Site Sponsor Robert Houllahan Posted June 17, 2010 Site Sponsor Share Posted June 17, 2010 We just got a new Y-Front suite with a Super-8 gate and we usually run S8 Color Neg twice a week... We will be offering 2K Pin registered scans on a new scanner made in LA by the end of the summer as well. www.cinelab.com -Rob-
