Premium Member Kieran Scannell Posted September 29, 2010 Premium Member Share Posted September 29, 2010 That is very sad. Her work on Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction changed everything! Must be a huge blow to Tarantino, and her family of course.

Tom Jensen
I heard on the radio this AM that she had died while walking her dog yesterday. A search yields this confirmation: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000233/news#ni4590349 -- J.S. Sad. Here dog stayed by her side. She was up near the spot where the exterior for the Bat Cave entrance on the old Batman TV show was shot. We used to shoot some exteriors for Land of the Lost and if I'm not mistaken, a stuntman died there on an Albert Pyun movie.
