Would You Hire Me Based On My Resume?

While a resume is important, I don't know you, you don't know me, I don't know how we'll work, and I don't know anything you've worked on. I'm my opinion, that's the kind of responses you'll get. the resumes are nice as is the IMDB, it'll show people, hey, at least you're not Bs-ing everything (just some of it ;) ). Then, they'll either be hiring you based on how you carry yourself when/if they interview you/talk with you, or on the recommendation of someone you've worked with, or whose heard of you. I honestly don't know what you can improve upon on an entry level resume. You have a "diverse" experience, which may work against you, as it shows inexperience in a lot of ways, but at the same time, not enough work to really show how you're a "specialized," whatever. Don't get disheartened, keep working, and the resume's/IMDBs will pad themselves out.

Also you may want to loose the facebook/twitter links on your website I can poke you now, and so can potential producers. (as well as equipment, unless you're a DoP ect. hell I should get rid of my "equipment" list on my page too..)

thanks. I took your advice along with others and took out my FB and Twitter links. I'm going to leave my equipment on there for now because i do some stills work (ex: the season 5 Army Wives premiere party), i just got hired to shoot some web and demo videos for an iPad app, and i also have rented it out.

however i am trying to add to my website so it isnt so naked.

and yeah im not expecting people to know much of what i worked on except Army Wives (Lifetime) and Swords (Discovery). Angel Camouflaged was a $5 Million feature. I'm hoping people will notice that people hire me multiple times. and some of those names on my resume have credits you have heard of so that may work to my advantage.
