Oscarmac
Hello, I am intending on filming some theatrical performances and am not sure what film would be best to buy. I normally use Ektachrome 100D - would this work under theatrical lighting conditions i.e. concentrated light? I have tried Tri x film which I have been told works well under these conditions before but I know Tri x is only available in B&W and I would ideally like to film the performances in colour. Any advice regarding film as well as how I can set my camera to work best under theatrical lighting would be very much appreciated (I will be using a Canon 814xl-s) Many thanks for your help! Matt Stevens
Absolutely shoot with Kodak 200t. Your camera can handle that film stock to perfection.
