I am thinking of things we can improve upon and the idea of generating proxies during back up has come up. Does using the Proxy Mill function within Shot Put significantly slow down the back up? Hi Ryan, I have ShotPut for downloading and I've been transcoding Epic with Resolve, but never Scarlet. At highest resolution what are the general differences with render time? Curious as I'm on a scarlet shoot soon and would like to transcode on-set if time allows. I have a MacBook Pro 2.5 i7 16GB RAM, running 2 linked G-DRIVE's via eSATA/Thunderbolt adapter. Thanks.
