If you need it as ProRes and you're on Windows, you'll need to use either the free tool ffmpeg, or get it onto a Mac and do it with Quicktime. Are you asking for advice as to what variety of ProRes you should use? The one with the highest bitrate should usually provide the most transparent image quality. I basically have some footage that's on my hard drive that's had sound mixed and color correction done.
