Whats the best output format to go from Adobe to Pro res?

Not quite clear what you're trying to achieve. If you need it as ProRes and you're on Windows, you'll need to use either the free tool ffmpeg, or get it onto a Mac and do it with Quicktime.

 

Are you asking for advice as to what variety of ProRes you should use? The one with the highest bitrate should usually provide the most transparent image quality.

Thanks for the help. I basically have some footage that's on my hard drive that's had sound mixed and color correction done. It needs to go to pro res for some editing to be completed that's on another computer, being a Mac.
