Monitor Flickering in Computers

I work with BL4s & can,t solve my problem,  flickering the monitor (not lcd ) confused me .I hear that a modem connected to the camera & change FPS a little .Your helping will be glad me .

Although you can change the "refresh rate" of the CRT using your computer's display settings, since it may vary somewhat, syncing it to the camera is the usual issue, even if you optimize shutter angle for the frame rate.

Using an LCD display is the easiest "fix" for the flicker or shutter bar.

 

Note that the situation with a computer CRT display is different than a television set, as the refresh rate is usually determined by the computer's Display settings, and even that may vary from the nominal. Whereas a television CRT display is exactly at the standardized rate for your television system (PAL or NTSC), and precisely controlled.
