Use of Tungsten Lights outside with Daylight film

Hi,

 

someone posted a shot of his setup where he used tungsten film outside, and illuminated the main character with tungsten light. so everything had this bluish look except for the main character that was lit properly balanced with tungsten. but i cant find the thread anymore ? does anyone have any example shots of such setups ?
