Tyler Clark
Might be doing work with this soon. Does anyone have any good resources or articles on planning, executing, and finishing in post they could link too?
Tyler Clark
Also for anyone whos done this, what were some of the biggest challenges?
JD Hartman
Is camera POV the center looking out, several feet out on a dolly on circular track or?? Shot on a bridge, circling a couple, biggest challenge was lighting, consistent movement and keeping the background clear.
Jon Kline
I think he means 360 degree simultaneous shooting. The biggest hurdle is workflow. Followed by data management. Followed by jamming crew members underneath the camera platform. You're going to have a TON of data, assuming you're using cinema cameras anyway. I think someone has figured out how to do this with a GoPro rig, which obviously comes with its own limitations.
Onno Perdijk
Hi Tyler, If you can be more specific I might be of your assistance : - ) I have done 360's a lot, looking in, looking out, dslr's / Alexa's. Cheers, Onno Edited January 26, 2016 by Onno Perdijk
