The facebook group is very much unorderly. All this first time yapping of spoiled people who want everything for free and about trivia could cost the better part of a day. Then it is all languages across.

Socmedia is killing all forums.

This used to be the most interesting: http://www.filmshooting.com/scripts/forum/

but it is faded very much.

This is very good: http://www.filmvorfuehrer.de/forum/13-schmalfilm/

Or this http://www.filmkorn.org/

Mostly quiet these days.

And there are plenty in languages around the world.

Forums like here :) usually have a small group or writers and a more or less a steady amount of readers.

I doubt there are more than 50 writers here. Simple super-8 posts get some 200 views in 10 days.

How many of that are robotic?

Andries,

Very interesting sites, and yes, it's crazy to know that more languages other than English are also very active when it comes to talk and discuss topics about the true universal language, film.

Oddly it seems people like to have conversations in their own language :)

Also there is an option to get together at film fairs and such.

filmvorfuerher seems lively enough although the number of posters and readers is limited like it is on this cinematography subsection. I noticed a forum in Spain once.

Plenty to see here : http://cine-super8.net/

This must be robotic, otherwise mr Porter is very dedicated :: http://www.super8porter.ca/
