what lens adapter do i need?

I have a Soligor wide auto 28mm and on the back it says MIR. which adapter do i need to buy to have it fit on an EF mount? I'm fairly new to adapters and vintage lenses.

Could be for Miranda cameras, fairly obscure Japanese company that shared a parent company with Soligor in the 60s:
