Best option for converting Kinoptik 5.7mm with Arri S mount to PL mount

I got ahold of a Kinoptik TEGEA 5.7mm f1.8 with Arri S mount and I'm looking to get it fitted with a PL mount. What is the best option? A permanent modification? Would that be unnecessary? I notice there are some adapters like this:

Are these adapters reliable? Do you know of a certain one that is better? Let me know if you have any thoughts, I looking to fit the lens on a few s16 cameras, Aaton xtr, SR3, 416

Ask Les Boscher from England....hes a lovely man and he makes adapters....he's well known in the pro world.....he's making me a Arri standard to Aaton mount and an M42 to Aaton mount by order.....
