Was considering taking a Cinematography course at the NW Film Center's School of Film here in town as a way to get better as a cinematographer, and hopefully get to know some of the folks in the film community here. Their courses ain't cheap, as in $850 for a 14 week (one night a week) course, and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about them? Would rather not drop that much money if it is a totally bogus course. I could find some other way to network with the local film community. It is taught by two local cinematographers, Mark Eifert and Mark Magee. Anyone know them or know of their work? Any and all information will be greatly appreciated.
