  1. Will you sell the 16bl blimp seperately? How much?
  2. I love stories like that - "I made a movie on a credit card and it played the sci-fi channel." Only in America.... P I made one with cash..lol and it's playing now on Video On Demand. You can order it for $3.99. You have to prooooove yourself young jedi! Even then, it may not work to your advantage. So if you love filmmaking, then just keep making films. One day they will take notice.
  3. I shot my first feature "Road to Sturgis" a documentary with a panasonic dvx100a on 24p. Then I cut it at home with Final Cut Pro. It's currently available on digital cable Video On Demand for $3.99. It can be done. The trailer is here: www.myspace.com/roadtosturgis I self funded for less than $3,000.00 It took a while but I shopped it and got a distribution deal. I shot this right out of film school. My suggestion is Definitely shoot your first project on minidv just to finish it or even for practice. A lot of people think just because they've shot a few short films they know how to tell a story in long form but 5 mins and 90 mins are 2 different types of visual mediums!
  4. As far as the blimp on eBay right now, the one you have pictured, I can't quite figure out what camera that is for. I don't see a way that an Arriflex 35 IIB or IIC would fit in there and when you look at the motor assembly listed with the blimp, I can't tell what camera that was made for either, but it isn't for a IIB or IIC. I agree with the one on ebay. I think it's for a 16bl. That's the only one I can see fitting in there. Ok, your asking $1k for the blimp? Is that the rock bottom price? R u in LA or does that include shipping? I'm very interested. Let me work on getting some money together. I know I can't shoot mynext feature without a blimp. I'm also looking for a set of lenses for a 2c/b possibly with another camera if you know anyone selling one. Oh, and I still need a crystal motor too. lol
  5. Do you think that will fit a 2b/c? What about this one Tim: http://cgi.ebay.com/RARE-35MM-FILM-MOVIE-C...1QQcmdZViewItem Is this for a 2c? Jeremy

  7. I'm looking to buy some arri mount lens's a blimp (arrii or cine 60) and a crystal motor with base. Thanks Jeremy
